Payment policy

50% Advanced payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card up to two (2) working days after the reservation. In case of bank deposit/transfer, please send us a copy by email. If we do not receive proof of payment, electronic or otherwise, within two (2) business days from the date of the reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy

• If cancellations are made 21 days before the date of the arrival the client will be refunded 100% of the advanced payment
• If cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be charged 50% of the total stay and the reservation will be cancelled
• In case of non show until midnight of the check-in date, the guest will be charged 100% of the accommodation price
• In case of nights deduction/modification of a reservation, less than 21 days prior to arrival or early check out, you will be charged 50% of the remaining stay (article 8 from Ν 1652/30-10-86 ΦΕΚ 167 Α)
